Reception / call handling
Niddocks Limited are internet marketing consultants. Often out of the office working on site with clients, when they are then in the office, they regularly need to concentrate on their work without interruption. All of their calls initially come through to our office on their dedicated line and we are their receptionist, answering as Niddocks.
Knowing who’s in, who’s out, who can and can’t be interrupted, we then put through calls externally to the Niddocks office or mobile phones, or take messages as necessary. Clients get to speak to a person rather than an answering machine and can be confident of their message being passed on swiftly, accurately and directly to the person best suited to responding as promised.
