Support Solutions (UK) Limited are a team of consultants providing expert, strategic advice for housing care and support providers. They cover the whole of the UK consulting for their clients wherever they are needed.
Initially Support Solutions came to us to help them with their calls and post handling. Busy travelling the country to meet with clients, they had no administrative cover and no central base where post could be sent or dealt with. Quick and easy to set up, we were soon taking care of all SSUK’s incoming calls and post and shortly after that we were tasked with managing their email correspondence and appointment making, allowing the consultants to concentrate on client facing time instead of organisation and admin. Another task we regularly assist with is credit control; following up unpaid invoices, tracking down the correct person for invoice sign off and following up to make sure payments have been made, keeping the all-important cash flowing.
SSUK also periodically run a successful string of seminars throughout the UK, for which we take and make bookings, manage the guest lists, organise the invoicing of the attending delegates as well as take care of the associated admin needs of the team.
Whether we’re undertaking ongoing tasks or ad hoc project work, SSUK have the benefit of a regular close-knit team of Fridaygirls, all knowledgeable in how SSUK like things to be done, with the capacity to scale up or back as needed, with little notice and with no ongoing fixed overhead - SSUK pay only for time spent.
